Q:What is you guys` main business about?
A:Our main business focused with OEM/ODM for clients.We provide free designs and opening models depends on customers` request.The models we have now,some are our own models,and some are customers` priavte models.
Q:Do you provide free design and free sample?
A:1.Yes,we provide free deisgn.We have designer who specliazed in helping clients to draw their own brands on the frameset.The designer provide several different jobs for clients to choose.
2.We do not provide free frame samples.After the design confirmed,when clients wants to test its quality or the drawing,we need to charge the frame cost/decal cost(If needed)/shipping cost.Also,after we confirmed the frame quality and the paint job and get to the further step with bulk orders(Over 35 frames),we will full refund to return the sample cost(frame cost/decal cost) and reduce the cost with bulk orders.This means once we confirmed cooperation,you`ll receive free frame sample and free decals for your frames.
Q:Can you help with the problem of the huge customs taxes of the bulk order?Any
suggestions?
A:We can help to find shipping company by sea who can help to do double clearance and incl the customs taxes.But the shipping process is a long time about 35-50 days by sea.And to make sure the shipping cost is low as prossible,we suggest at least the quantities reach 1m³(About 15-20 frame packages).Because shipping company by sea charge at least 1m³.
Q:The old and most frequent question,how do you test your products,like strength/pedalling test?
A:First of all,we need to explain,no matter the strength test or the pedalling test,they
means we ride the frame for over 100,000 times,they`ll be scrapped after the test.Depends on this,we test the first 10 frames when we first time produce frames with the new models,after confirming the strength and structure is good,we start testing 1 frame among 100 frames.Defective rate is an unavoidable problem for any manufacturer,we are trying to control the rate at a reasonable level.Now,we control the rate at 4%.

A:We have started this career since 2009,we have experience the best and worst time of Chinese Carbon Frame manufacture processes.We now have the mature skills and technics.Trust always comes with the first cooperation and the relationship.We hope that we can get win-win situation with our customers.
